MaryAnne Simmons Licensed Principal Broker in 6 states (FL, KY, TN,  AL, NC, SC) is a certified Guild member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute and Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, and has been in the Real Estate profession for 25 years.   She is a Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant, a  Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).  She owns or has currently owned 9 second homes and invests in multi-family and pre-construction properties.

Ann Wesley, a Realtor on our Team has 22 years experience in Property Management and specializes in multi-family/investment properties (sales and managing) as well as residential sales and management.  She manages our Rental Division.

Curt Sharff, specializes in residential properties and is in our Luxury division (also a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing); He manages our Horse Farm Division.  Curt is also a Principal Auctioneer and leads our Auction Division.

Ryan Van Daniker, Broker-Associate,  CPA, is Vice President of our Commercial/Investment Division and specializes in Commercial/Investment Real Estate and property management.
